IMPORTANT 2014 REUNION INFORMATION

Compatriots,

We are one week out from when our Heritage of Honor Confederation descends upon North Charleston on July 16 -19, 2014 to accomplish the business of the SCV. Registration has been going very well. Event planning of meals and tours for a convention does not come without certain limitations.

The following tours and event are closed:

Tours:Harbor Meet and Greet – Sold out due to boat space
Ladies Tour – Bus limit reached
Fort and Battlefield Tour – Bus limit reached
Hunely Tour – Still Available

Meals:All meal sales will end Friday with exception to the following which have sold out.
Awards Luncheon – Sold outDebutante Luncheon – Cut off

The Forrest Cavalry Breakfast is pending being moved up ½ hour to allow for a 6:30 start. More information will be dispatched as soon as we receive the word.

In the event that your registration form did not arrive in time to make a specific tour, luncheon or dinner, your ticket price for the event will be refunded in full. We apologize for the inconvenience, but counts have to be delivered to our event vendors. We squeezed as much time from the vendors as possible.

Memorial Service: The memorial service is off site. There will be limited seating on the bus. The church is 15 minutes away from the Convention Center. We encourage attendees that can drive to do so. Others we will fit on the bus, space available. Directions to the service will be available at registration. If you plan to go, please pick one up and hold onto the directions.

Bring you camp colors to participate in a grand procession and display in the meeting hall during the convention.
